Lacewing Classic
Shake bottle well.
Pour 4 oz. Lacewing over crushed ice into coupe glass.
Garnish by snaking a cucumber ribbon back and forth through a cocktail pick. Rest on the edge of the glass.

Tandem Classic
Shake bottle well.
Pour 4 oz. Tandem over a large ice cube into lowball glass.
Garnish with orange twist for a fresh and bright cocktail, or with a cocktail cherry for a richer, sweeter cocktail.

Lacewing Spritz
Shake bottle well.
Pour 3 oz. Lacewing over a large ice cube into coupe glass.
Top with 1 oz. non-alcoholic champagne or soda water.
Garnish with pomegranate pips.

Hot Tandy
Inspired by Barbareño in Santa Barbara, CA
After shaking the bottle well, pour 4 oz. Tandem into sauce pan and warm over medium heat until hot.
Pour into grappa or snifter glass.
Dust with cinnamon and clove. Garnish with an orange twist and cranberries.

Garden Tea Time
Inspired by Barbareño in Santa Barbara, CA
After shaking the bottle well, pour 3 oz. Lacewing over a floral or herb-infused ice cube into tulip glass.
Add 1 oz. of iced english breakfast, earl grey, or peppermint tea.
Use stir stick to mix.
Garnish with lime or sprig of rosemary or mint.

Tandem Sundae
Scoop quality vanilla ice cream into a highball glass, layering fresh, halved and pitted cherries between scoops.
Shake Tandem bottle well and pour 2-4 oz. over the top.
Top generously with cocktail cherries (we prefer Amarena-style).

Heritage Cocktail
Created by Heritage Goods Supply in Carpinteria, CA
In a cocktail shaker or lidded container, add 4 oz. Lacewing, 1 oz. olive oil, 1 oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice, and several ice cubes. Shake vigorously.
Strain and divide between two chilled glasses.
Top each glass with 3 oz. chilled sparkling water.
Garnish with a cucumber ribbon and sprig of basil.
