Refund policy
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase, however, we do not issue refunds or accept returns based on flavor preference alone (although we welcome your feedback and hope you’ll try our other flavors!)
If your Tilden Cocktails order arrives broken or damaged, please email us at info@drinktilden.com (please include subject line: “Damaged Item + [ORDER NUMBER]") and include photos within 7 days of your order being delivered.
We will notify you once we’ve received and reviewed your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
